These are candidate metrics, not metrics that exist yet: each carries no id and can be posted to POST /metrics unchanged to create it (the read-only properties.sl*/supportedPeriodicities entries are ignored rather than rejected there). A dbt connection whose project defines no metrics responds 200 with []. Requires the api:read scope.
