For a service that can only be connected by the user themselves (authorizing the service, choosing which account to read), no API call can produce the feed. This answers with the link that opens data feed creation in the product client with service already selected - send your user there. Nothing is created: the feed appears under GET /data_feeds only once they finish. A missing service, or one matching no published service provider, returns 400. Requires the api:read scope.
